Hi my name is Teresa Harding. I am a fully qualified and insured, complementary therapist and raw food coach, based in Colchester, Essex. I have over 20 years experience as a practitioner and specialise in a range of holistic treatments including:
I work from home and conduct treatments from my highly private and personal, purpose built treatment room. I understand that in some cases it may be impractical or even impossible for you to visit me. I have therefore set up a service which allows me to come to you, and offer therapeutic treatments in the comfort of your own home.
