Teresa is wonderful! Her reflexology treatments are excellent and very relaxing. Teresa is very knowledgeable about food and nutrition too which has helped me and she's lovely to talk to during treatments. I had an aromatherapy facial tonight and it was the loveliest facial I've ever had! Her treatment room is wonderfully warm, beautifully lit with lovely warm towels - so comfortable. The facial was lovely and the arm massage too. So relaxing and Teresa used wonderful oils and products which smelt wonderful.
